Buddy Guy’s 90th birthday concert to be streamed online
Blues legend Buddy Guy will celebrate his 90th birthday with an all-star concert at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on October 1, 2026, and fans around the world will have the opportunity to watch the historic event live.
Buddy’s Got the Blues: A 90th Birthday Concert Celebration will bring together some of the biggest names in blues and rock, including Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Clark Jr., Billy F Gibbons, Samantha Fish, Eric Gales, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd.
The concert will be available to stream through Nugs, with HD access priced at $39.99 and 4K access at $49.99. Both options include the live broadcast and 48 hours of on-demand viewing from the purchaser’s Nugs library.
The celebration will honor Guy’s extraordinary career and influence on generations of musicians. The guitarist, who turned 90 on July 30, has helped shape the sound of modern blues and rock, influencing countless artists throughout his decades-long career.
