In recent years, he has produced an immense number of albums including Joanne Shaw Taylor, Marc Broussard, Larry McCray, Jimmy Hall, Robert Jon & The Wreck and others for his independent label KTBA Records, and has also recently launched Journeyman LLC, a full-service artist management, record label, concert promotion, and marketing company that builds awareness for independent artists worldwide.
His non-profit Keeping The Blues Alive provides funds and resources to schools and artists in need and has positively impacted more than 100,000 students to date while raising over 2.2 million in donations
The Rolling Stones are going back on the road with a brand-new tour performing in 16 cities across the U.S. and Canada. Fans can expect to experience Mick, Keith and Ronnie play their most popular hits ranging from “Start Me Up,” “Gimme Shelter,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash,” “Satisfaction” and more, as well as fan favorite deep cuts and music from their new album HACKNEY DIAMONDS. Showcasing a new stage and high energy that only the Stones can bring as one of the world’s most iconic artists ever, this tour will guarantee a show to remember.
Thanks for the good news.
I don’t understand why Joe B would want to play with these “older than dirt” has beens, he is light years beyond them & doesn’t need to ride their coattails. Let me also share that my formative years were in the 70’s & only liked a handful of Stones material when they could perform. They needed to give it up awhile ago. It’s just a money grab & they really suck now
WTF dude…lol. You have no clue who whining about….stupid statement dude!!! I think JB knows how to collaborate with….LMAO
You know….your being totally disrespectful to JB….like he can not puck collaborations or something…..that’s really rude dude…
It’s a win for Joe B. He’s playing venue’s that hold 1,100-3,000 seats. Maybe a few 5,000 seats and a special appearance at music festival once in a while. He’ll reach a bigger audience after 4 – 5 stadium shows than a whole year of touring
Stadium shows are the worst way to enjoy a concert. Call them events. Acoustics are atrocious. Opening acts are not using their full rig of equipment. Probably be sub par at best. Joe B plays the real theater circuit because he wants it that way.
Joe can play anywhere with anyone. The energy he will bring as the opener will be tough for Mick to match. ????????????????❤️
I have seen the stones 10 times. I stopped going about 12 years ago
I will agree past their primes
Dude their f_ing 80
Repeat 80 and still rocking
The stones were the first band to bring
Arena size blown out blues to
Madison Square garden and other arenas
Educate yourself
Stray cat blues
Love in vain
Get yer ya yas out 1968 live
If you don’t get why he’s opening
Your clueless about rock n roll and the blues
Totally ridiculous and not going to see them with an opening act of garbage but thanks!
You too…clueless people are stupid!! MARK Twain ❤️
You are 100% right Lisa
Dude, your way off
I SAW THEM A FEW YEARS AGO. THEY WERE GREAT. I NEVER SEEN JOE,BUT I WILL NOW.
WTF dude…lol. You have no clue who your whining about….stupid statement dude!!! I think JB knows who to to collaborate with….LMAO

Joe is a phenomenal guitarist and performer. I think you’ll be tremendously impressed with his skills and stage presents. He’s intense while playing and I simply can’t get enough of this guy’s music. He’s playing with the stones will show you that the stones were brilliant and having him do the opening act.
Joe B is 47 years old now. He’s way passed needing this gig. I can tell that most of you commenting have seen neither play live. 80 years old rockers is not my first choice. Joe B is. Nuff said.
I just saw Joe Bonamassa at The Taft. FIRST CLASS all the way!!
I have been a big fan for years. I’m a little shocked that he
would open for anyone, yet it is a great way to get his music
out there to people who may not have heard him before.
This is the first time he will open/play a stadium and I’m
sure it will be his last..
