New Buddy Guy documentary to air on PBS

A new documentary on blues legend Buddy Guy will air on PBS on July 27 and 9 PM Eastern time. The documentary is called Buddy Guy: The Blues Chase The Blues Away and premieres just days before Guy’s 85th Birthday on July 30.

The documentary features new interviews with Guy as well as archived and never-before-seen performances. The documentary also includes interviews with Gary Clark Jr, Santana, Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, John Mayer, and more.
