Upcoming blues festivals

Each year, all types of festivals are held all around the globe. Blues festivals are quite popular with music lovers and there are some great festivals that will be coming in 2019. Here are some blues events and festivals worth checking out in 2019.

BWRC Colorado River Bluesfest

In March of 2019, the Colorado River Bluesfest will be held at the BlueWater Casino Resort Amphitheatre in Arizona. This great event has been popular over the years and attracts many from area US states. Featuring the BB Kings Blues Band and followed by War, the event is sure to please all fans this year. Seating starts at just $35 per person for General Admission and you can purchase VIP seating for $65.

Chi-Town Blues Festival

This is one of the largest blues festivals in the state of Indiana and this year will mark the 14^th festival. This will also take place in March and will be presented at the Venue at Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana. The festival has an amazing line up that will provide you with a night full of blues. You will have the pleasure of seeing Sir Charles Jones, Pokey Bear, Shyleena Johnson, Shirley Brown, and Theodis Ealey.

Chain O’Lakes Blues Festival

Later in the year, this great festival will take place for two days, on October 4^th and 5^th. It will be presented at the Ding’s Dock Indian Crossing Casino in Wisconsin. The casino will come alive with this amazing event and tickets start at just $20 each. This music festival is one of the largest blues events in the state and draws a huge crowd every year. With the casino floor right there, you can play some great games while enjoying the endless blues tunes in the background.

Temecula Blues Festival

This will be the first year for the Temecula Blues Festival and it will be held close to the Pechanga casino, one of the largest casinos in California. The event is scheduled to present some great BMA nominees, including Tad Robinson. You will also enjoy the magic of the blues harmonica by The Honey Lickers, JD Priest Band, Bill Magee Blues Band, and a number of others. Tickets are already on sale for this April event and are starting at just $38.

Big Blues Bender
