John Mayer joined H.E.R. for a performance of “Hold On” at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Guitar Festival 2023 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The song is from H.E.R.’s 2021 album, Back Of My Mind. The video has now premiered less than two weeks ahead of the official Crossroads Guitar Festival release on November 29, 2024.
In addition to Mayer, H.E.R. was also joined on stage by her father, Kenny Wilson, on guitar and vocals. The two shared an emotional moment on stage together following the performance.
