Joe Bonamassa releases “Prisoner” live video

To celebrate the release of Live at the Hollywood Bowl, Joe Bonamassa has released a live performance video of “Prisoner.” The song was originally recorded by Barbara Streisand for the 1978 film, Eyes of Laura Mars. Bonamassa originally covered the song on 2010’s Dust Bowl. On this version, Bonamassa is joined by a 40-piece orchestra.

About the album, Blues Rock Review’s Meghan Roos, said, “Live at the Hollywood Bowl arrives as an impressive feat, a successful attempt by Bonamassa to expand some of his fans’ favorite songs in new ways as he encourages listeners to hear the material in ways they might have otherwise never imagined.”
