Robert Jon and the Wreck release “Who Can You Love” video from upcoming EP
Robert Jon and the Wreck’s prolific run continues. The band has released a new music video for its latest single, “Who Can You Love.” The track is from the band’s upcoming EP, One of a Kind, out March 10th on Joe Bonamassa’s newest record label, Journeyman Records. “Who Can You Love” was produced by Grammy winning producer Don Was (Bonnie Raitt, The Stones, John Mayer).
Don is a mysterious guy,” says frontman Robert Jon Burrison. “He’s so much about the vibe of the song, rather than the details, and he loves making stuff that sounds raw. He would tell awesome stories about the Dead and the Stones, and there was just so much gravity in his words because he’s been in those legendary rooms. It’s hard not to be intimidated but he made us feel right at home.”
Was added, “There aren’t a lot of great rock and roll bands out there playing right now. It’s a real thrill to be able to record this kind of music with such a great band.”
Robert Jon and the Wreck have released several singles this year including “She’s A Fighter,” which was featured on Blues Rock Review Album Sampler Volume 13 released earlier this month.
