Joanne Shaw Taylor announces “Blues From the Heart Live”

Joanne Shaw Taylor will release Blues From the Heart Live on June 10th. The album comes off the heels of 2021’s The Blues Album. Blues From the Heart Live is also produced by Joe Bonamassa and Josh Smith.

The live performance was recorded at the Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tennessee on January 20, 2022. Guest performances include Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Joe Bonamassa, and Mike Farris.

The concert was Joanne Shaw Taylor’s first live performance in two years. Joanne is joined on the album by Rob McNelley (guitar). Steve Mackey (bass), Jimmy Wallace (keyboards, piano), Nick Buda (drums), Devonne Fowlkes (backing vocals), Kim Fleming (backing vocals).

The first live single “Dyin’ To Know” was released as a music video.
