Allman Family Revival halted by Covid
The Allman Family Revival is being postponed due to Covid. Devon Allman released a statement making the announcement.
“It’s with a heavy heart that I must report that Covid has brought the Allman Family Revival to a halt. Folks in the touring party have tested positive and due to an abundance of caution, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to hunker down.”
The band’s Tulsa show has been cancelled and west coast shows are being postponed until February.
The Allman Family Revival is a tribute to Gregg Allman and features the Allman Betts Band, Eric Gales, Joanne Shaw Taylor, Robert Randolph, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and many others.
Blues Rock Review recently reported on the show in Austin, Texas.
