In the Market For Blues 2026 Photo Gallery

40 blues bands ascended upon Omaha, Nebraska, for In the Market For Blues on August 1, put on by the Blues Society of Omaha. The all-day festival was held across 10 venues in downtown Omaha.

The headliner of the festival was Texas Headhunters, the trio consisting of Jesse Dayton, Ian Moore, and Johnny Moeller.

Performances captured by Blues Rock Review included the Texas Headhunters, Artur Menezes, Mathias Lattin, and the Omaha/Kansas City Kings of the Blues.

    S Hartman: Lang had his career interrupted by a severe throat ailment several years ago. He was always a consummate Blues performer until nature intervened.
