The Brothers Landreth team with Bonnie Raitt on new single
The Brothers Landreth have released a brand-new single, “Knuckles,” featuring Bonnie Raitt. The song is from the band’s upcoming album Dog Ear, set for release on November 14.
In a series of statements on social media, The Brothers Landreth shared their excitement about working with the legendary artist:
“Working with Bonnie was an unforgettable experience. Her musicianship and instinct elevated this track, and ultimately this album! Seeing her approach this project with so much care and thought was a real privilege. We love Bonnie and we LOVE this tune!”
The band also reflected on their long-standing connection with Raitt:
“Before Bonnie became part of this track, she was already a huge part of our story! We met her a number of years ago—and what started as admiration turned into a friendship and collaboration that we deeply cherish!”
Raitt has been a champion of The Brothers Landreth’s music. In 2023, she won the Grammy Award for Best Americana Performance for her cover of their song “Made Up Mind.”
