Lister awes crowd with rendition of “Purple Rain”
Based out of the UK, it’s not often that guitarist Aynsley Lister makes his way to the United States. The guitarist made his first trip to the U.S. since 2017 for the 2024 Playing With Fire Festival in Omaha, Nebraska.
During the performance, Lister awed the crowd with his take on Prince’s classic, “Purple Rain.” Lister originally recorded the song for his 2010 album, Tower Sessions. The song has continued to evolve since then.
