Most Anticipated Albums of 2017

2017 is already half way over, but there are still several anticipated album releases on the way. Here are some of the most anticipated blues rock releases coming out later in the year.

Pete Francis

Pete Francis is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Blues Rock Review. Pete founded Blues Rock Review in 2010 because he felt there was a major void in how the blues rock genre was covered. Pete is the host of Blues Rock Weekly and a co-host on the Blues Rock Show.

  • Storm Warning – ‘Take Cover’. I got promo CD at the ‘Pre Album Release Show’ at the Bull’s Head two years ago. Unique Storm Warning versions of excellent 10 cover tracks. I’m in a hope that the final mix of the album will be the same as on promo. Fantastic balance between strong rhythm section (Russell Chaney – dr and Derek White – bass) and solo dueling of Ian Salisbury – keys and Bob Moore – gtr. Son Maxwell with his nice singing and harmonica is always on the top of it. They did those covers as their own songs indeed. Great band with rare musicianship!
