King King announce “Reaching For The Light”

King King have announced Reaching For The Light. The new album is set to be released in the UK on May 5th through Manhaton Records.

“We’re really proud of this album,” said front man Alan Nimmo. “It’s faster, louder, more energetic and more exciting. It’s got the potential to blow the roof off.”

Reaching For The Light is the group’s third studio album and is the followup to Standings in the Shadows, which was voted #3 on Blues Rock Review’s Top 20 Albums of 2013.

    King King epitomizes blues-rock music. Few bands blend the blues and rock so seamlessly and with such conviction. Alan Nomo’s soulful vocals and guitar style is nothing short of righteous.
