Simon McBride: Rich Man Falling Review

Rich Man Falling is the debut album from Irish guitarist Simon McBride and it is one heck of a debut.

McBride’s guitar chops are beyond impressive. The album kicks off with the track “Down to the River,” which is just smooth. It’s great blues-rock and includes some impressive soloing. The guitar junkies will love it, and McBride’s rocker tracks such as “So Much Love to Give” and “Tell Me Why” have some mainstream rock appeal.

McBride will definitely be one to watch in the future. Anyone into artists like Joe Bonamassa should give him a try as you won’t be disappointed.

The Review: 8.5/10
